How do I pay?

We accept PayPal payments on this website. It is a simple and safe way to pay for your goods online!

How do I know if my order has been placed?

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been placed. If you have any queries at all please email us straight away at muireann@soulgarden.ie and we will help you!

I have changed my mind, what do I do?

So, you have placed your order and now have changed your mind, what can you do? If you realize this within 24 hours just simply pick up the phone and ring us. We place our orders every day once it is within 24 hours we can cancel the order. Please see our returns policy for more info after the 24hours!

How do I pick the right size?

The t-shirts are European standard sizes. We know how hard it is sometimes to tell the sizes of clothes on line so we have tried to be as clear as possible below!

How much does shipping cost?

Because we love you we are currently not charging for shipping! That means your shipping is FREE FREE FREE! Now how about that for positive living?!!

When will I get my order?

Delivery happens between 9am-5pm. Therefore to make life as easy as possible for you we recommend that you provide a work address for delivery. You will get your order within 5 working days.

What happens if I am not there to receive the package?

If for some reason you are not there to receive the package the delivery service will leave you a note and your package will be left in your nearest sorting office. You will have 7 days to pick up that package. If the package is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to us. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you. Sorry!

What happens if I want to return it?

In the event that you are unhappy with our product you can simply send it back to us and we will refund your money. Simple!

Please take care to return the garment in a positive manner – taking care to fold and package the item in a way that protects it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, smell strongly (e.g. smoke, body odour, perfume) or a product that is stained or damaged in any way. Please send the items to 45 Redford Park, Greystones, Co. Wicklow with a brief note explaining who you are, why you are returning the item and a copy of the purchase invoice.
